AI & SAP
AI hasn’t made SAP consultants unnecessary. It’s made a lot of what they bill for unnecessary.
How we use AI across delivery, and why we hand it to your team rather than keeping it.
01
Specification and documentation
Functional specs, configuration rationale, process documentation and cutover plans. Work that consumed weeks of billable analyst time now takes days. We pass that through in the price rather than absorbing it as margin.
02
Integration design and mapping
Field mapping, interface specification and error-handling logic drafted and validated far faster than manual analysis, then reviewed by an integration architect. Speed on the first draft, judgement on the final one.
03
Testing
Test scenarios and scripts generated from the design, covering the paths that manual test design routinely misses.
04
Custom code and technical debt
Analysing existing ABAP to establish what each object does, what still has a business purpose, and what should not be carried into SAP Cloud ERP.
05
Enablement, the part most firms skip
Working sessions with your finance, supply chain and IT teams on using AI in their own day-to-day: reconciliations, reporting, exception handling, documentation, master data. Their actual work, their actual data. Not a lunch-and-learn.
Building on your landscape, with your team.
Where it makes commercial sense we build with you, assistants and automations on top of SAP Cloud ERP, SAP BTP and your surrounding systems, aimed at the workflows costing you the most manual effort. Your team is in the build and owns it when we leave. No dependency, no licence.
How we handle your data.
Every engagement starts with a written agreement on which tools are used, where data is processed, what stays inside your tenancy, where human review is required, and how outputs are evaluated. We use the NIST AI Risk Management Framework as the structure for that.
What we don’t claim.
We are not selling an AI product, and we won’t tell you a model can replace a solution architect. It can’t. What it can do is remove a large share of the manual effort SAP programmes have always been priced around, which changes what a good implementation should reasonably cost.
We also don’t force one platform onto every problem. Depending on the requirement the right answer may be SAP Business AI, Joule, an approved enterprise tool, retrieval over your own controlled content, or conventional automation with no model at all. We help you pick the simplest safe option that delivers the outcome.
