Where we work.

Depth in a defined set of products and processes, rather than a capability matrix that covers everything.

PRODUCTS

SAP Cloud ERP

(formerly SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition)

SAP’s standardised public cloud ERP, delivered through GROW with SAP. Quarterly updates, fit-to-standard processes, limited custom code.

SAP Cloud ERP Private

(formerly SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition)

Private cloud ERP with room for existing customisation and a longer transition path. The usual destination for an ECC conversion under RISE.

SAP S/4HANA

On-premise and managed deployment. Full control of the landscape, upgrade cycle and extension model, with the operating burden that comes with it.

SAP ECC 6.0

The legacy ERP most businesses are still running. Mainstream maintenance ends in 2027, with extended support to 2030 at a premium.

SAP Business ByDesign

Cloud ERP for mid-market businesses and subsidiaries. Often the two-tier layer beneath a larger group landscape.

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

SAP’s development and integration platform. Where extensions, automation, data services and AI sit without touching the ERP core.

SAP Integration Suite

The integration layer across SAP and non-SAP systems. APIs, events, B2B and EDI, with monitoring and error handling.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Reporting, planning and forecasting on top of your SAP data. Where finance planning usually lands after an S/4HANA move.

SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Supply chain planning across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP. Sits alongside ERP rather than inside it.

SAP Business AI and Joule

SAP’s embedded AI assistant and agents. Worth evaluating properly, as capability varies considerably by process area.

CAPABILITIES

PRIMARY

Finance

Record to report, controlling, product costing, close and intercompany. Where a weak S/4HANA design shows up first, and costs most to unpick.

Manufacturing

Production planning, MRP, execution, quality and plant maintenance. Usually the workstream that exposes whether fit-to-standard was done honestly.

Supply chain

Demand and supply planning, inventory, fulfilment and logistics. The processes that decide whether go-live is felt by your customers.

Integration

SAP to SAP, and SAP to everything else. Designed once, properly. The single largest source of programme delay when it isn’t.

ALSO

Procurement

Procure to pay, sourcing, requisitions, approvals, invoice processing.

Sales and order management

Order to cash, pricing, availability, billing, returns.

Warehouse and logistics

Inbound, outbound, picking, packing, EWM and WM.

Planning and forecasting

IBP, S&OP, scenario planning, analytics.

Development and extensibility

ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Fiori, SAP Build, BTP extensions.
